Carlyle House can be found in the centre of Ecclefechan, towards the bottom of the High Street directly opposite the birthplace of Thomas Carlyle. The village can be easily accessed from exits on both the north and southbound carriageways of the M74 at Junction 19.

For those on foot or using the National Cycle Network (Route 74) you will find us on the B7076 six miles south of Lockerbie.
